3.4. Each Participant may submit only one (1) video, and their appearance in the video is mandatory.

3.5. At Samsung’s sole discretion, submitted Videos may or may not be published on the Organizer’s official social media accounts, including its institutional profiles, for promotional purposes only.

1. 3.5.1. For clarity, Samsung is under no obligation to publish any video and may choose, at its sole discretion, whether to do so, as set forth in Section 4 below.
   
   

VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

3.6.Videos must be submitted in MP4 format, with a minimum duration of ten (10) seconds and a maximum of thirty (30) seconds.

1. 3.6.1. Samsung recommends recording vertically (9:16 aspect ratio) for optimal display on social media. Noncompliance with this recommendation will not disqualify the video.
   
   

3.7.THE VIDEO SUBMITTED BY THE PARTICIPANT MUST NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. THE PARTICIPANT SHALL BE SOLELY AND FULLY LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY VIOLATION, INCLUDING PLAGIARISM OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIRD-PARTY CHOREOGRAPHY OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. SAMSUNG RESERVES THE RIGHT OF RECOURSE AGAINST THE PARTICIPANT PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

3.8. Videos will be immediately disqualified if they:
(a) Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
(b) Contain sexual content inappropriate for minors under 18;
(c) Are defamatory, libelous, offensive, or likely to cause moral or material harm to others;
(d) Are obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
(e) Constitute or incite the commission of crimes;
(f) Contain discriminatory or prejudiced content on grounds such as race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, etc.;
(g) Violate Brazilian law, moral standards, or public order;
(h) Contain political or electoral content;
(i) Infringe third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights;
(j) Contain advertising or promote third-party brands;
(k) Fail to comply with the technical requirements herein;
(l) Are incomplete or illegible; or
(m) Require third-party authorization for publication.

3.9. Any fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification, at Samsung’s sole discretion.

3.10.By participating, Participants grant Samsung, free of charge, the right to use their name, image, and voice in any media (print, digital, broadcast, etc.), for institutional or commercial purposes related to this Promotion, for a period of twelve (12) months following its conclusion, without any payment or compensation.

3.11.In light of the evolution of social media and the advancement of the internet, the Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that any content published on social networks and/or online platforms may eventually be accessed, shared, or otherwise used by third parties, who may freely, though not limited to repost such content, modify its characteristics, images, formatting, or meaning, or post comments or testimonials about the video, whether on Samsung’s official channels or on other social media and digital platforms. Samsung shall have no ability to predict, control, or prevent the actions of such third parties. In these cases, the Participant expressly acknowledges that Samsung shall be fully released from any and all liability arising from the continued display or circulation of such content managed by third parties, including, without limitation, any situation in which content posted by Samsung becomes viral or turns into an internet “meme.” The term “internet meme” refers to an image, video, or humorous concept that spreads rapidly across the internet.

3.12.By participating in the Promotion, Participants automatically: (i) authorize the use and exploitation of their video on Samsung’s official social media channels and official website for the sole purpose of promoting the Promotion; (ii) declare that the video created for participation does not infringe upon any third-party rights, nor does it breach any agreements to which the Participant is a party, and agree to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, or damages arising from any claims related thereto; and (iii) declare that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions and any other documents presented by Samsung in connection with participation in the Promotion.

4. EVALUATION AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

4.1.Between 9:00 a.m. on December 4th, 2025, and 6:00 p.m. on December 5th, 2025, a judging panel composed of representatives designated by Samsung shall evaluate the submitted videos and select the best one to be published on Samsung’s official social media channels, in accordance with the following criteria:

• Originality;
• Creativity;
• Pitch and rhythm;
• Relevance to the theme of the Promotion; and
• Compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

4.2. Samsung’s decisions are final and binding. No appeals or claims will be accepted.

4.3. The winning video will be announced on December 10, 2025, on Samsung’s official TikTok and/or Instagram accounts.

5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5.1. By confirming their registration in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that Samsung may use, free of charge, the personal data provided at the time of registration for the purposes listed below:

PURPOSES:

1. • To verify that the Participant’s profile meets the eligibility criteria for participation;
   
2. • To enable the selection and verification of the Promotion’s winners;
   
3. • To send general communications related to the Promotion and other activities that, although not expressly stated, are inherent to and strictly necessary for the execution of the Promotion; and
   
4. • To create a registration database for advertising reinforcement and other Samsung marketing disclosures, in accordance with the limits established by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
